Terms and Conditions

Legal Notice 

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. We offer various licenses, including Annual Student Access Licenses and Annual Teacher Access Licenses, as well as professional services such as CLIL and Bilingual STEM Training and customized District Packages. These Terms apply to all users, including schools, districts, administrators, educators, and students who access our platform.2. Services and Use of the Platform

The Company provides an education technology platform offering a bilingual (English-Spanish) digital curriculum that integrates STEM education with English language development, utilizing the Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) methodology. Services include interactive bilingual STEM learning modules, digital resources for educators, and professional development programs.

​Upon purchase of a valid Annual Student Access License or Annual Teacher Access License, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Services solely for educational, non-commercial purposes within the subscribing institution or for the individual user, for the duration of the license period.

Prohibited Uses 

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Services or its content, including the bilingual STEM learning modules.

  • Use the Services for any commercial purpose other than the intended educational use under the purchased license.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its systems.

You may be required to register an account to access certain Services. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and restrict access to your computer or device.

  • Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

  • Account holders for Annual Student Access Licenses and Annual Teacher Access Licenses are solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

Intelectual Property Rights

The Platform and all original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the bilingual curricula, code, software, and design) are and will remain the exclusive property of DualSTEMPathways.tech and its licensors. The material is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. These Terms do not grant you any right to use any trademark, logo, or trade dress of the Company.5. Payments, Fees, and Refund Policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
