
Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the terms under which DualSTEMPathways.tech (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers refunds for purchases made through our bilingual education platform and website (the "Platform"), including annual access licenses, teacher training programs, and custom district packages.
Due to the immediate access provided to our proprietary digital content, specialized instructional resources, and downloadable software/modules upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable. The value of our core product is consumed upon access and deployment within a school or district environment.
A refund may only be considered in the following specific and limited circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase/Billing Error: If a client (school or district) is charged more than once for the same license (e.g., duplicate Annual Student Access Licenses or Annual Teacher Access Licenses) due to a verifiable technical or billing error. In such cases, the full amount of the duplicate charge will be refunded.

Failure to Deliver Service: If the Company fails to provide the contracted Services as described in the purchase agreement (e.g., inability to grant access to the Digital Learning Platform or failure to deliver scheduled CLIL and Bilingual STEM Training).
The following services and products are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, non-use, dissatisfaction with educational outcomes, or changes in district personnel:

Annual Access Licenses: Once granted access to the digital platform, the annual fees for Student Access Licenses and Teacher Access Licenses are non-refundable.

Customized Content: Fees for Customized STEM-ELD Lesson Packages and bespoke District Packages are non-refundable once content creation or customization work has begun.

Completed Training: Fees for CLIL and Bilingual STEM Training sessions already attended or provided are non-refundable.
